Margarita – Sliced fresh ripe tomatoes, melted mozzarella, finished with freshly torn basil leaves and Olive oil*

Tomato & Basil Pesto - freshly slice tomato with a basil pesto base topped with creamy feta and rocket*

Roast pumpkin - Roast pumpkin and spinach with caramelised onion, stuffed green olives and crumbled ricotta cheese *

Roasted vegetable -Roast pumpkin base with roasted red capsicum and eggplant, zucchini, onion, finished with torn bocconcini and fresh herbs*

Pepperoni -Hot or mild pepperoni, salami, bacon with thinly sliced onion and Kalamata olives.

Mexican- Spiced ground beef, red onion, freshly diced tomato and avocado with a touch of freshly chopped chilli topped with salsa

Greek lamb- Yiros seasoned lamb, freshly diced tomato, onion, a squirt of creamy garlic sauce and fresh parsley.

Mediterranean - Salami, mushroom, onion, roasted red capsicum, marinated artichoke, kalamata olives and sprinkled with oregano.

Barbeque chicken - Rich barbeque sauce base with marinated breast fillet chicken, green capsicum, thinly sliced onion and mushrooms (pineapple optional)
